Offered for sale are new, 3M Brand Ultra Fine Scuffing/Sanding Hand Pads sold in a group of 5 pads. Used for finishing prep and scuffing prior to applying primer or paint. Also used for vehicle reconditioning such as cleaning interior headliners, wheels, upholstery, white wall tires, etc. Pads rinse clean for reuseablity and do not rust as they are silicon carbide, not steel wool.
