Offered for sale are new, 3M Brand Ultra Fine Scuffing/Sanding Hand Pads sold in a group of 5 pads. Uséd for finishing prep and scuffing prior to applying primer or paint. Also uséd for vehicle reconditioning, such as cleaning interior headliners, wheels, upholstery, white wall tires, etc. Pads rinse clean for reuseablity and do not rust as they are silicon carbide, not steel wool! Cancellation Policy:

An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up to 24 hours after confirmation. All orders are processed as soon as possible! Due to this, it is not always possible to cancel with our partner network of dealers, suppliers, and warehouses. If the request to cancel an order is received later than 24 hours of order confirmation, it will be treated as a return request and subject to return shipping on part of the customer and the stated 18% restocking fee will apply.
