Return requests need to be within 30 days of delivery.
If parts/items are defective or damaged upon reciept, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund at our discretion.
We will need photos of the damages and of the box you received your parts/item in for a possible insurance claim on our end.

All used parts are tagged with serial numbers, photo video documented, and double-checked for proper function prior to being processed for shipping.
We will not accept installed and/or tried parts. This means if you "test fit" a part/item, it will void your warranty with us.
