Offered for sale is an original early model Geländewagen front grille assembly, complete with star. This steel grille was removed from a 1985 W460 300GD and was originally black but has been custom finished in bright aluminum - silver.
Genuine, used original equipment that shows various signs of wear, has small nicks, paint chips, small signs of surface rust on the slats/front area from a bull bar and general wear expected for a vintage 40+ year old part. No structural damage. This front radiator grille is a perfect discontinued/NLA part candidate for a restoration project. It does not come with any mounting hardware or accessories, and it is being sold as-shown/as-is, 8/10 overall condition.
