Return Policy:

Return requests need to be within 30 days of delivery.

If parts/items are defective or damaged upon reciept, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange/return.

We will need photos of the damages and of the box you received your parts/item in for a possible insurance claim on our end.

There is an 18% restocking fee charged against all returned parts/items.

Parts/items must be in new condition with all original packaging, accessories, labels, etc.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are located in Queens, New York City, USA.

We can not take back any used/pre-owned parts. No returns or refunds.

All used parts are tagged with serial numbers, photo video documented, and double-checked for proper function prior to being processed for shipping.

We will not accept installed and/or tried parts. This means if you "test fit" a part/item, it will void your warranty with us.

Electrical parts and components are non-refundable/returnable due to the nature of circuits, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse any parts or items we deem to have been installed, test fitted, damaged by customer, used, or does not meet the above stated criteria.

Cancellation Policy:

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up to 24 hours after confirmation. All orders are processed as soon as possible! Due to this, it is not always possible to cancel with our partner network of dealers, suppliers, and warehouses. If the request to cancel an order is received later than 24 hours of order confirmation, it will be treated as a return request and subject to return shipping on part of the customer and the stated 18% restocking fee will apply.
